One Elf is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. One Elf will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Anonymous Information
You can visit the Site to read information about our company, products, and services without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. To improve the usefulness of our site, One Elf measures and analyzes non-identifying, aggregate usage, and volume statistical information from Users in order to administer our Site, and to constantly improve the quality of our service and site performance. Information gathered may include, but is not limited to, the following: the activity of the Site Users browser when the User is viewing the Site the site path of User User's IP address and hostname and the time Users come to the Site. Registration
To use most areas of this web site, a User must first complete the registration form. During registration within our Drop Shipping, Affiliate, Wholesale, and Online User Account Registries a User is required to provide contact information (including name,email address, company, address, phone number, and in some instances Tax ID number or Social Security number) in order to create an account. This information is used to contact the User about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.

One Elf requests information from the User on an order form. The information that is collected to process the order may include contact information (name, shipping address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address) and financial information (credit card number, name on account, expiration date). Tell-a-friend
If a User elects to use the One Elf referral service for informing a friend about our site, One Elf asks for the friends name and email address. One Elf will automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. One Elf stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact One Elf at webmaster@oneelf.com to request the removal of this information from their database.

Testimonials
One Elf provides an audio testimonial service for Users wishing to inform One Elf about their experiences and results while using our products. One Elf reviews and transcribes the testimonials. At One Elf's discretion testimonials may be chosen for inclusion on Our Site. One Elf requires Users of the Testimonial service to provide contact and demographic information. Participation in this service is completely voluntary and the User therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). This information will be used to request the permission of the User to include their testimonial on our Site.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the users hard drive containing information about the User. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the User closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
